Studio 4 is located in Lapad residential area. 3 kilometers from the Old Town, 10-15 minutes by bus.The bus station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Distance from the beach is 10 a minute walk. It is fully equipped and has a nice relaxing garden. Amenities include air conditioning, wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-fi, kitchenette, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, one parking place... Please contact us at least one day before arrival and we will send You driving instructions or guide you to the property on the day. Please Note: Check-in for is from 15:00 pm Check-out is: 10:00am You are obliged to leave the room or apartment you rented as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged. If there will be found extremely unclean apartment or house with more than one-day garbage in it, extra cleaning service will be charged 70.00 It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation into the house or apartment.
