Good Vibe About The Location
Location wise, the hotel is not bad. You can easily reach the beach and various attractions. For example if you like kite boarding the Canada Hole is within walking distance. For fine dining Diamond Shoals is literally down the street, and Orange Blossom bakery is great for breakfast.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room and the connection that is available is shoddy at best.

Not A Good Impression
You may find the facility somewhat rundown. Torn upholstery, musty smells, old soap rings left in the tub, perhaps a cockroach or two, fixtures in the bathroom not clean, and other antics. In fact, the photos shown online appear to be old compared to what you see when you arrive at the hotel.

The TV reception is very poor causing pictures to be fuzzy. Actually, it seems that electrical things or devices for communication don't stand a chance in this facility. You can't call room-to-room. It's enough that there's no Wi-Fi in the room and it just goes downhill from there.
