The rooms at the hotel were reviewed positively in comments left on a number of sites. Guests remarked that the rooms were cleaned to a good standard and that the amenities in the rooms were in good working order.

The staff at the hotel rated very highly across a number of reviews left by previous guests, with many commenting that what stood out for them was how polite and courteous the staff were and how well trained they seemed.

Sound-proofing between rooms generally was raised across reviews by a number of previous guests who had the common experience of a disturbed nights sleep because of loud and drunken parties happening in the rooms adjacent. These guests suggested that the hotel could invest in more sound-proofing to ensure guests have a disruption free stay.
