Hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-Mesquite (Mesquite, USA)

The hot and cold items served at the buffet are plentiful and guests have found that everything tastes delicious. The staff are more than helpful too and make sure that everything goes off without a hitch.

From the front desk right through to housekeeping, the staff at this hotel are very polite and extend a warm welcome to all the guests. Not only that but they carry out their jobs in a professional manner so if you have any issues, you know they will be dealt with.

This place is just off the freeway making it very easy to find for those that are driving. Guests are pleased to find that there are plenty of places to eat nearby, and those attending events nearby have found it to be extremely convenient.

The lobby and public areas are okay but the rooms are a little dated, and the carpets are very old and somewhat stained. It’s not really worth the money you pay as all of the amenities both in the room and within the hotel are in need of an update.

You need a suite at this hotel to get decent amenities as the rooms have no fridge or microwave. Guests have also had problems with the AC units not working properly and even the TV had issues with paid movie options.

So far, there has been no further negative opinion expressed about this hotel.
