Guests were satisfied with the condition of their rooms at the hotel. The custom-made Hampton beds are very comfortable and amenities like microwave and refrigerator make it even better. The complimentary toiletries are also of good quality, something that the guests liked.

A lot of guests found the hotel pool closed during their stay, which was highly disappointing. Some guests who found it open, complained of its cleanliness levels and its degrading condition with its tiles coming off.

The complimentary Wi-Fi provided by the hotel was termed very slow by guests. It is frustrating to use, and the extra charges applicable for using premium Wi-Fi is even more disappointing. This can be a major inconvenience for business travellers.
