There is a wide selection of food available at breakfast with a continental offering featuring pastries, yogurt and fresh fruit or a cooked option with the usual fare of egg and sausage amongst other things and it is all complimentary. There are also plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance so dining out for lunch or dinner is not a problem.
The staff are great and offer high levels of customer service giving the impression that they really want to please guests and really want them to have an enjoyable stay. They are always very friendly and are more than happy to give recommendation of where to go to grab a bite to eat and also what there is to see and do in the area.
Improvements could be made to the housekeeping service as guests found that trash wasn't always taken out and rooms were not hoovered regularly with debris left on the carpet for a number of days.
Some rooms are not equipped with a microwave or a fridge as some people seem to expect and you will have to upgrade rooms in order to have these extra facilities.
A handful of guests have reported that rooms which are closer to or face the busy interstate 90 may experience noise which may result in a disturbed sleep.
