This hotel shouldn’t really have a noise issue as it’s in a quiet enough area but the lack of proper soundproofing means that you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Not ideal if you are a light sleeper and not really the fault of the other guests.
Certain members of staff at the front desk seem to have a problem with their customer service skills. They aren’t as polite as you’d expect and they don’t seem to take guests’ problems very seriously at all.
