Hotel Hampton Inn Monterey (Monterey, USA)

The La Quinta Inn Monterey's rooms were a highlight for most previous guests. Along with being recently refurbished and containing modern amenities, the accommodations at the hotel were regarded as comfortable with well-regarded furnishings.

Taking into account the overall feedback of past visitors, the cleanliness of the hotel was generally at a high standard. The rooms in particular are apparently kept very clean and tidy.

Despite a small number of complaints, most were complimentary about the breakfast served at the La Quinta Inn Monterey. Along with many being happy with the hot items such as sausages and eggs on offer, both the quality and variety was popular overall.

Although most found its location to be acceptable for the most part, the La Quinta Inn Monterey is not the most centrally positioned. While Del Monte Beach can be reached on foot, most other Monterey attractions realistically require some mode of transport.

Whilst its position off Highway 1 is understandably convenient for getting around, it does reportedly come with a price: noise. The noise was noticeably bothersome for those staying in rooms facing the highway.

With nothing in the way of recreational spaces such as a swimming pool, bar or fitness room, past visitors have understandably been disappointed about the no-thrills nature of the hotel. Yet as a simple base, the large majority found the La Quinta Inn Monterey to be a suitable choice.
