The location of this hotel has proved popular with previous guests. The hotel is easy to access from the I-94 yet set back sufficiently to ensure that the rooms avoid traffic noise. Guests have appreciated the easy access into downtown Milwaukee, as well as the shopping and dining options immediately west of the hotel.

Although many guests have encountered no issues with the Wi-Fi here, those who were allocated a room on one of the upper floors sometimes beg to differ, claiming that the signal was virtually non-existent on these higher floors. Guests who upgraded to premium Wi-Fi were no more impressed.
