The hotel is only a few miles from the port at Miami, so it's a perfect starting and finishing point for those holiday voyages.

Extremely friendly and efficient; if a problem arises - it happens sometimes - they jump on it without hesitation and sort it out as a matter of urgency.

Rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of towels, etc. There's lots of facilities to keep everyone happy ... plus; there's a convivial Happy Hour with free drinks and snacks. The pool and hot tub are good; so, too is breakfast! It's handy for easy trips over to Key Biscayne and no worries about eating in the evening. Pollo Tropical, for example, is just across the street.

Yes, even at these prices, they wring even more money out of you for parking. It's not a fortune but just another expense that should be included. Very annoying and a little mean.

Rooms can be a bit noisy, due to the location which isn't very quiet; plus there are those noisy neighbors in rooms that seem to lack soundproofing. Eventually, a new day dawns + breakfast is good, but served in a side area that has an unpleasant, musty smell.

Before you 'jet' off on your cruise, think twice about relaxing in the hot tub, as those jets don't work. The departing shuttle service to the port works like a dream. Coming back, though, there isn't anything .. just the advice to get a cab!
