Hotel Hampton Inn Fort Stockton (Fort Stockton, USA)

Guests were impressed with the great quality of the breakfast buffet served at the hotel. It had good variety of well-prepared and freshly cooked food items which were delicious and more than enough to fill their tummies.

Previous guests were extremely pleased with the high level of comfort experienced using the hotel’s mattresses and pillows. These items were not just clean but they also have the right soft texture that was enjoyed by the guests. Cots were also available upon request and bed and linens were of great quality.

Aside from the warm greetings, most guests appreciated the overall personality and services rendered by the staff. They were considerate with the needs and requests of guests. Moreover, they did everything they can to satisfy by helping guests purchase special items, and regretfully acknowledged their failure with some issues encountered by the guests.

Due to the unpleasant smell of smoke and musty carpets within the halls and inside the rooms, guests were quite irritated and had to request to change rooms. The smell was too strong and powerful that normal air fresheners and spray did not work.

Guests had issues with the level of cleanliness of the bathroom area. There were hair strands and traces of urine visible on the floor and the toilet seat. Furthermore, the floor looked like it was not mopped properly and the shower area was very hard to navigate and use.

Previous guests were disappointed with the high level of noise coming from the other rooms. Loud noises from doors banging, heavy footsteps, and conversations of people at the hallway and the neighboring rooms were experienced.
