Staff at the hotel is excellent. They are very friendly and helpful throughout your stay. When possible, they will accommodate room requests to suit mobility issues and general preferences. The front desk staff gives great advise on tours and restaurants and will make reservations. The overall atmosphere is very inviting and makes for a lovely stay.
This hotel is a great hotel option for a visit to Charleston. On top of its ideal location in the scenic historic district, it offers clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant service and a great complimentary breakfast to start the day. It's the perfect place to call home while out exploring the wide variety of attractions the city offers.

If your room faces Charleston Music Hall, noise from the late night concerts may keep you up late. It tends to depend on what event is on at the time. The hotel is in a great location if you are going to a show there, however!
