The staff here seem to be the hotel’s most valuable commodity and receive many compliments from a lot of guests. They are friendly and helpful and even if you have a problem with your room they will deal with it with a minimum of fuss.
The Hampton breakfast is well known for being great and at this particular hotel, they uphold that reputation. There are plenty of things to choose from, and all are freshly prepared. Guests are also very impressed with the staff on duty in the breakfast room saying that they are very pleasant.
You’ll find almost anything you want within walking distance of this hotel. There’s a huge mall with lots of stores, and there are many restaurants and even a few bars that are not too far away. You’re also just off the interstate which is really convenient.
The hotel is clean enough, but it is starting to look a little worn and out of date. The rooms could do with some refurbishment, and there are some very obvious signs of wear and tear throughout the building. Not what you expect from Hampton.
