When it came to service, past guests commonly saw this as one of the best aspects about staying at the Hampton Inn Altoona. In essence, all of the staff members representing the hotel were judged to be incredibly friendly, professional and accommodating.

The cleanliness of the rooms – and hotel on the whole – was commended by essentially all former visitors. In addition to being spotless, the accommodation’s rooms were purportedly really comfortable and modern.

Previous guests were regularly full of praise for the public facilities provided by the Hampton Inn Altoona. From the complimentary breakfast to the recreational spaces such as the indoor pool and fitness center, all public amenities at the hotel were often highly regarded.

Whilst the suites were generally regarded as well-equipped, the standard rooms at the Hampton Inn Altoona supposedly lack certain amenities. Former visitors have noted that refrigerators and microwaves are absent from these rooms.

Based on general feedback, the Wi-Fi was seen as one of the weaker aspects about staying at the hotel. Although it was fine for the most part, a small number of previous guests were critical about the speed of the Wi-Fi.
