Hallam Guest House is a 2 minute walk from the resort’s bus and railway stations and a 10 minute stroll from a 5 mile stretch of  beach. Budget priced rooms are  en suite and of contemporary design.   Facilities include Wi-Fi, colour TV, DVD player, alarm clock, hairdryer and toiletries.  Quality bedding and towels are also included. Free parking is available nearby as well as immediately opposite and near the red telephone box.    Guests are granted a 10 minute period during which to unload luggage from their car.  Hallam Guest House is only a few minutes’ walk from bus and rail centres, making taxi costs  unnecessary. Breakfast choices are served in the dining room.  Later dining options include, on Union Street and a 3 minute walk away; Frothies, The Brown Room and Ocean Treasure. Bridlington, Scarborough and Whitby make for memorable days away.

Town centre location.

Arrive by bus or train and you don’t need any other transport! The B+B is in the town centre and only a matter of minutes walk from shops, bars and restaurants, as well as the easily walkable bus and railway stations.

Tip top for friendly welcomes and clean en-suite rooms with all modern conveniences. Difficult to fault at all.

Breakfast choices are first class and really do set you up for the day. They charge the batteries for expeditions along the rocky, crab filled, pools of Filey Brigg, strolling along the vast expanses of sandy beach, or just shopping!

Absent friends.

The owners aren’t always on the premises so you could be in for a nail biting wait for them to turn up; particularly bearing in mind that 10 minute slot you’re allowed for unloading! In order to avoid all this, it’s advisable to agree an approximate arriv

The B+B is on a well lit roundabout. Consequently, curtains need to be replaced or lined to combat light streaming in.

It’s quite a busy road outside and being situated on that roundabout, there’s a fair amount of traffic noise too, on occasions.
