The hotel staff are amiable and attentive. They assist with taxis, day trips, boat trips, etc. Nothing is too much trouble. If anything, the service is definitely above standard.
Wi-Fi at the hotel is fantastic, and that's really saying something as in many instances the Wi-Fi is poor at hotels. It even reaches out to the beach.
On the roof there is a pool that is more like the size of a bathtub! Never mind the six flights of stairs you have to climb to get to it, and when you get there only four sun loungers are available.
You may or may not feel safe in the hotel location. You constantly hear motorbikes cruising down the street and the lock on the door is inadequate.
You may end up with a small room. It seems that there may be larger rooms depending on which building you are in. If you get a small room, they are really small. To top it off, the room may not have any windows. The room is actually a bed with a few corners of space to barely walk around.
