For many guests, the excellent location of this property was the best part of their stays. This hotel is a couple of blocks from the Louvre Museum, plus near restaurants and the metro. If you want to stay in the heart of Paris, this is a wonderful choice.

Guests noted that the staff members are generally very welcoming and eager to do whatever they can to make stays as good as possible. Also, they speak English well, so if your French isn't as strong as you'd like, don't worry about communication barriers.

When staying here, don't expect spacious rooms. Guests repeatedly commented about how tiny the rooms are, but they generally weren't too bothered. After all, most of them were merely using the accommodations as bases from which to sleep, and spending the rest of the time exploring attractions.

Some guests said they could hear the sounds of passing metro trains when trying to sleep. This issue was usually most noticeable for people on the lowest levels of the hotel, so you may want to request a higher floor if you're concerned.

Occasionally, guests said they struggled to use the Wi-Fi. The problems were usually due to an unstable connection or very slow speeds. Generally though, these problems were not severe, and didn't make guests wish they had stayed elsewhere.
