Guests said that the extremely helpful attitude demonstrated by most of the staff members made their stays truly special. You'll find that the staff do whatever they can to answer questions or offer assistance, and always do so cheerfully as if whatever's being asked is no problem at all.

The accommodations here are very aesthetically pleasing and well equipped. That usually meant that guests had very comfortable experiences while staying here. They also loved how staff members tried hard to put them in particular rooms if special requests were raised.

Although some guests commented that this hotel is located as such that it's too far to walk to some of the famous tourist attractions, they appreciated that the property is close to several metro stations, including Gare du Nord, which is reachable on foot.

This property doesn't have a lift, so it may not be a feasible choice if you have mobility challenges. There's also a spiral staircase, which guests said could be challenging with luggage. However, they were impressed that the staff members were very willing to help with bags, and didn't even expect a gratuity.

Occasionally, guests said the Wi-Fi connection was slow and that it seemed to log off automatically too frequently. Also, only one guest per room can use the Wi-Fi at once, which could be annoying if you are travelling with others.

Some guests felt that for what's offered, the price of breakfast is too much. However, that was not a major issue for most of them, as the ones who were bothered just opted to eat elsewhere.
