One of the best things about this hotel according to the guests is the efficient service. The staff always went out of their comfort zones to help. The employees were very good in suggesting about places to visit, where to eat at, and how to get to certain areas.
Most European hotels have small beds, but not this one. The beds were big enough for the guests. The beds are not just pushed together, but are whole ones. In addition, the mattresses are just right and the sheets are very clean and smell fresh.
Hotel Helussi may be near many tourist attractions but the immediate area is quite peaceful. The guests felt very safe and undisturbed. Moreover, the place is great for relaxing strolls.
Wi-Fi may be availed for free but it is not strong most of the time. Guests had to struggle connecting to the internet because there were many others who use the Wi-Fi too. The hotel better upgrade their internet connection if they want to please the guests more.
A few of the guests got a bit bored by the same kind of food offered to them each day. The meat could run out easily so guests are encouraged to have breakfast early. However, the bread and juice are great.
The moment guests removed the key cards from their slots, all appliances turn off. Thus, they could not charge their gadgets while they were out and had to wait to have their rooms cooled again. However, this was somehow fine because the hotel just wanted to save power.
