While all of Annecy is beautiful, there is something magical about this hotel's location. Right in front of the canal and overlooking all of the beautiful medieval buildings, you will feel like you are in a movie. Access to the lake is quick and it is a perfect place to have a romantic walk at night time.
Previous guests have stated that the view from their rooms that overlooked the canals could not be better. Early in the morning, you can look out of your window to see the calmness of the historic centre and watch the beautiful swans along the canal.
The staff have been praised for having a relaxed and friendly professionalism. They are knowledgeable about the region and can help guests that are having trouble finding parking or the perfect restaurant.
The streets come alive in the summer in Annecy and it is a perfect place to have a drink on an outdoor terrace and watch the world go by. However, the excitement could go on until later hours and may disturb guests that are trying to sleep early.
