Guests admired the beautiful garden courtyard on-site. This common area is totally charming and exquisitely clean. Most guests usually spend their free time relaxing and enjoying the nice weather while some preferred to have their breakfast served here.
This property is a French boutique hotel situated in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Guests raved about this place because they can walk to practically everything such as famous landmarks, art galleries, and markets. There is also a large choice of good restaurants, cafes, and pastries all around which is important to try while in a Parisian trip.
The staffs were very helpful and extremely welcoming. All of them were pleased to assist guests with directions and dinner recommendations. Guests liked that there was someone at the desk at all times, as they learned a lot of details and information about Paris from the staff.
Air conditioning was not working properly which irritated the guests. Hot weather was not tolerable especially during summer days and the in-room fans provided were just of little help.
Guests complained that the bathrooms were very small to the point of having to leave the door open just to get extra space. It was a struggle for those who were tall or a bit larger. Moreover, there were no glass and shower curtains installed so the water was all over the place.
There was no good sound insulation between floors and rooms that is why guests were disturbed by the noise coming from outside their rooms. They suggested that future guests should pick higher floors facing the garden because those rooms are quieter.
