The staff are a lovely group. Because they are attentive, friendly, and hospitable, these gestures tremendously adds to your experience staying at the hotel. They will certainly go out of their way for you.

If you are interested in staying in the centre of town, the hotel's location will work perfectly for you. It's on the French side of the tunnel, so if you plan on taking the shuttle the location. The facility is close to is handy. It's near the sea, restaurants, and more.

If you are a late sleeper and prefer to keep the tone in your room a bit dark, the hotel has excellent black-out curtains.

You might find the parking fee a bit expensive. However, being in the centre of the city, parking can be difficult and you may not have much choice.

The windows do not have adequate soundproofing, which can be a big problem during the night and weekends. The noise can go till the wee hours in the mornings. You might experience a smoke smell that sneaks through the ventilation, so if you are a non-smoker, this can be an issue.

You may be disappointed to find no kettle for coffee or tea in the room. To top it off, the hotel need renovating inside and out. Peeling paint outside and a decrepit, grimy staircase inside, are things you don't want to be greeted with. Other discrepancies include thin towels, old and stained carpeting, mould, and stained linens. Be careful with your key-card too. Losing or forgetting it could leave you locked out as there is no master key to get into the rooms.
