Welcoming, friendly staff.

An authentic North Wales welcome awaits, from staff who are justly proud of their environment and of the hotel which has such unusual appeal. The gardens, on a summer day, are particularly attractive.

Fairly remote, so everything seems set for the hotel to overprice on drinks and meals, knowing that guests are hostage in a 'take it or leave it' situation. However, the hotel doesn’t rip off guests in this way. Food and drinks prices are reasonable her

Disappointing rooms.

Below average beds, tiny TVs and those horrid dead flies in dated light fittings. Get the picture? Disappointing room standards.

The restaurant closes, shutters come down + no food is served after 9pm. At this point, you are not allowed to be hungry until breakfast.

There seem to be far more than that to gain access to the hotel! Then, there’s no lift, so prepare for another hike, possibly to your 4th floor room!
