You can't beat the price of this hotel for the area. If you are on a tight budget and only need a place to lay your head and take a shower, this is your place.

The room amenities are more than adequate and they work too. The iron and ironing board is a bonus and the mini-fridge as well. You don't usually find these things in this price range.

Conveniently located near the freeway and quick access to key Tacoma attractions, you will easily find plenty to do while having a cheap, convenient place to stay.

The hotel accommodation is not that comfortable for families. The neighborhood is somewhat dodgy, there are no amenities that would interest children, and the facility has none of the comforts that would make it easily adaptable for families.

The breakfast is not worth your time. You are better off eating at one of the area restaurants if you are looking for a decent meal. For example, the orange juice tastes watered down. There is only one waffle iron and you could end up waiting nearly a half-hour for one waffle. Food is not replaced either once its gone, which can happen rather quickly.

The bathroom needs repairs. You can see mold on the walls and the overall appearance is depressing. The upholstery on the seating should be replaced and the hallways are soiled and they smell as well. The water is never tepid, it's either hot or cold. Forget swimming, the pool is filled with bugs, hair, rocks, and who knows what else.
