The inn has a lot of features to recommend it. The rooms have been recently remodeled and there is a hot tub for guest use. The beds are comfortable and guests can look forward to a hot breakfast and free newspapers.

The hotel is just off the interstate which makes for travel convenience. Downtown Bellingham is a short drive away and you can walk to many shops and restaurants from the hotel.

The hotel prices is quite a value. The rate is very reasonable for what is received. You're paying a budge price, but getting a much better experience than a typical budget hotel.

Here, the rules are more important than guest needs. Check-in times and shuttle hours are strictly adhered to, regardless of special circumstances. Decisions are made about issues with no discussion.

The entire hotel could do with some attention to detail. The rooms could be cleaner. Towels are often not restocked and coffee machines are not emptied. Many rooms are dirty upon check-in. The hotel common areas are unappealing. The carpets are stained and many items around the hotel and in the rooms are broken.

The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow and often just doesn't work. The breakfast is free, but the quality and choice are subpar. The shuttle service to the airport is quite limited and guests often discover the times and services don't match stated policies.
