Guests rave about the hotel's location for its direct access to the beach, and many also make use of the outdoor pool, which is widely described as very clean and well maintained. The location is also considered convenient for its proximity to the airport.

The front desk staff have received many positive reviews for their friendly and helpful service. Many speak English, though not all and a few British or American travellers have had some difficulty communicating with the team. Compliments often go to the chef on the well cooked breakfast buffet.
