Green Acre Motel does not have a lift and many of the guest rooms are located on the upper floors. If stairs are a problem for you or if you have small children and a lot of luggage in tow, it's best to request accommodations on the ground floor.
The housekeeping staff needs to do a better job in the guest rooms. Soiled linens and furniture, hairs left in places they shouldn't be, mould in the bathrooms and a fair amount of dust could really detract from your stay.
The TV reception in the guest rooms is quite spotty. Sometimes you get reception and sometimes you don't which could be annoying of you're looking to spend a quiet night in.
