Hotel Grande Rio (Porto, Portugal)

The breakfast buffet was found to be worth the extra charge as there were enough items available to choose from. Guests were content with the morning meal and the price was not expensive for it.

The staff members were thought to be friendly and professional as they were mentioned by name by most guests. They helped give information on locations and how to move in the area.

Most guests agreed the price paid was nice for the amenities they received. The hotel serves a nice breakfast, has a charming bar and a fridge with fresh beverages. The staff is also friendly and the rooms were clean and cosy.

Some guests did not enjoy the bathrooms provided since they mention the water flows out of the showers and there is no ventilation available inside so the bathroom stays humid. It was uncomfortable to use the bathrooms.

There is no lift in the hotel which some guests warn about, as they felt it would be difficult for some people to head to their rooms using the stairs. They would have preferred a lift option and recommend some to look for an accommodation with a lift.

Some guests were not able to use the Wi-Fi as they wanted to since the signal was too weak for them to do normal online tasks. They would have liked to have a stronger signal in their rooms and not worry about loading every action.
