Regardless of what activities you want to engage in, or what food or drinks you want at this resort, you won't pay anything out of pocket except in the rarest of circumstances. This means that you're free to simply explore the area and soak up its treasures without worrying about budgeting.

There are almost too many restaurants and bars to fully count, consisting of everything from Mediterranean formal dining to more casual Mexican fare. You'll never have to eat the same thing twice, and the hardest task will be choosing where to go next.

The stunning blue waters of Cancun are well within reach at this resort, allowing you to either glimpse the ocean from your balcony or see it firsthand from the beach. The waterfront is so close that lugging around beach equipment isn't an issue.

Numerous rooms had defects in cleaning and quality, including broken air-conditioning, a lack of clean towels and linens, and general staining and damage to various surfaces. This should not be present at a resort, much less an all-inclusive package.

The service at numerous bar areas is too slow to be considered high-quality. You'll often end up waiting for drinks or snacks when at poolside areas, and when on the waterfront, the service is often even slower. You're often better off ordering in-person and bringing your drink with you.

While Wi-Fi is generally free, you need to pay if using more than two devices, whether they're a phone or a laptop. Because of this, the all-inclusive nature of the resort doesn't feel as valuable or as honored as it seems to be in the description.
