Visitors say the staff working at the hotel does a great job and goes out of their way to ensure you are happy during your stay. In addition to this, it was noted that the employees are pretty friendly as well.

There is a fully equipped gym at the property along with an indoor swimming pool and a spa that offers a number of different massages and treatments. Guests rave about the on-site facilities saying they were all top notch and add a lot to your stay.

The property is situated in a very central location and is also a short walk to the Roppongi subway station where you can get to a number of places via the train. The hotel is connected to Roppongi Hills shopping complex and the Mori Tower is also nearby.

While some views from the rooms of the hotel are excellent, others offer a look directly out to another building or wall. A few guests state that having a room with no view is a bit of a disappointment.

The rooms are nice but a couple of guests claim that overall things are beginning to look a little dated. It doesn't detract from the luxury of the building; however, these guests say a refresh would make them even better.

Some travellers say that the prices for certain things like items in the minibar can add up during your stay. It was also claimed that prices found in some of the restaurants seemed to be a bit high despite the good food and service found at the on-site eateries.
