Negative Reviews

negative:

Switching lifts can be awkward

The Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur features a sky lobby, which means that you'll need to take the lift up there on the top floor then change lifts to access your floor and some guests found this a little irritating.

negative:

Slightly slow restaurant service

A very small number of guests have been frustrated with the slightly slow restaurant service in THIRTY8.
