Since 1886 Hotel – Guest House Grüne Linde (Green Linden) in Delitzsch has been owned by the same family and it has been their property again since 1990. With lots of passion and personal commitment the owners have created a cosy lodging with a high standard of hospitality. The hotel nowadays has 20 modern guest rooms with 40 beds, 17 hotel rooms and 3 guest house rooms respectively family rooms; 1 restaurant up to 50 seats and rustic bar (in summer with an outdoor sitting area); 1 hall up to 65 seats with terrace; free parking lots and W-LAN for guests; bikes to rent; Hummer H2 as Wedding Shuttle; Hummer H1 for adventure tours. Admittedly, Delitzsch is not the hub of the world, but because of its good transport connections you are perfectly situated and surrounded by the district of lakes “Leipziger Neuseenland”. It only takes you 11 minutes by train to the fair exhibition and 20 minutes to the marketplace and city centre of Leipzig. The hotel is situated in the shopping mile only 300 metres away from the Lower station (trains to Leipzig and fair exhibition), historic centre and hospital.
