Hotel Gostinitsa Voskhod (Moscow, Russia)

For those guests who decided to have the hotel's breakfast buffets, the morning meal was found to be good for the price. The breakfast is varied and the taste good. There was something for many taste buds.

Many guests were content with having clean rooms during their stay. It was nice to have decent accommodations. A nice TV, a boiler and a mini fridge. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings decent. The rooms also have toiletries for guests.

Some guests were happy to find that the metro station is within walking distance. It was in a nice area in the city and they could travel easily with public transportation. It is close to the metro, and this makes it easy to travel to the centre.

The staff members were not found to speak English at all to guests. They were disappointed to have had difficulty communicating with the staff and would have preferred at least one English-speaking staff member. They had a hard time understanding each other.

The Wi-Fi connection did not work very well for some guests. The Internet did not work at all in their rooms which was disappointing. They were expecting a quick and efficient connection but did not have one. They would have preferred a normal connection speed.

Some guests were not aware that their rooms had shared bathrooms and not en suite bathrooms. They were disappointed they had these kind of bathrooms and would have preferred private facilities.
