Reviewers liked the way their hosts at this family-run guest house were pleasant, hospitable and helpful with lots of local knowledge to share. Diners wolfed down the yummy home-cooked breakfasts. The dog-friendly policy was handy for those travelling with their four-legged friends.

The smallholding setting meant some light sleepers reported experiencing rude awakenings when cockerels began to crow early in the mornings.
