Its strategic position makes it unique, establishing it as a popular destination for walking enthusiasts as well as an ideal starting point for excursions and caving expeditions in the beautiful caves in Supramonte. From the large dining room, you can look out over endless limestone mountains and dense woods, with the most beautiful views of the famous Gorropu gorge ( the deepest canyon in Europe with cliff sides more than 450 metres high) and of the Codula di Luna ( a privileged access to the famous scenic Cala Luna). In the hotel restaurant, which is also open to members of the public, it is possible to try typical dishes of the local cuisine, made from traditional authentic recipes.
