Again and again guests mentioned how friendly the staff were. They always seemed to have a smile on their face, and this tended to rub off on many guests and improve their general mood. Guests also had good things to say about the service as well, saying it was very professionally rendered.

Most guests seemed to be in the area to tour the highlands, especially the area near Loch Ness. They found the hotel to be a great central base, saying its location on the main roads leading in various directions was very convenient.

Quite a few guests questioned the value. It wasn't necessarily that they found the hotel totally lacking, just that they were not quite sure they should have paid that much for the room and experience they received at Glenmoriston Arms.

Some guests mentioned that they found the location a bit remote. There really were no facilities in easy walking distance. So even if al they wanted was a bag of crisps, they'd have to drive in to Invermoriston.
