Glen Lodge Country House is ideally located in a tranquil position in Porlock, Exmoor National Park. We are nestled in woods and grounds of 21 acres. A short walk from the village of Porlock yet secluded among towering trees and lush private gardens, this luxury country house bed & breakfast with self catering accommodation offers the pastoral stillness of a country morning and the romance of a luminous star-filled night. Glen Lodge luxury bed & breakfast and self catering is perfectly situated for walking around Exmoor, birdwatching, exploring the northern Somerset and Devon countryside, relaxing on one of our nearby beaches, visiting National Trust and other historic properties or just staying around the gardens to unwind. A short walk from the house takes you to the centre of Porlock with unique local shops, pubs, museum, galleries and restaurants. Glen Lodge has five bed and breakfast rooms and two luxury self catering flats converted from the original stables. Both bed and breakfast guests and self catering guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens and hot tub.
