They are attractive with balcony. Rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly - and thoroughly - during the course of your stay. Many rooms have sensational views.

Easy walk to town centre and beach. The cheapest way to visit nearby attractions is via the local bus service which leaves from a bus stop a few minutes’ walk away.

Really excellent food here. Breakfast will see most people through the entire day and there’s something here for the fussiest of eaters. Well prepared, you can see food being cooked so you know the preparation areas are spotlessly clean.

In fairness, the rooms are cleaned OK; it’s just when you draw the curtains, you see they haven’t been touched in ages. There’s also a musty smell. The hotel is open seasonally, so this could be as a result of the closure period.

Road access to the hotel is difficult to say the least, but once here, there are still problems to overcome! The car park itself is very difficult to get in and out of … whilst operating the security padlock at the same time.

Noise insulation is so minimal, you feel as if you are sharing accommodation with the rest of the floor. Maybe, purely with noise in mind, it would be better to just herd everyone into one large area + forget about rooms entirely. Room noise is a proble
