Hotel Ghl Corales de Indias (Cartagena, Colombia)

Guests found that the breakfast, which was included in the price, was good. There were plenty of dishes from the areas and good coffee as well. The breakfast was found to be tasty and of good quality.

Guests were happy to have many facilities to hang out in including the swimming pools, the gym, a spa area and the play room. There was also an animation team ready to liven up the atmosphere. Guests were not left wondering what to do.

The rooms were found to be nice because they all have a good view of the ocean. It was nice to wake up to this scene. The rooms also had comfortable furnishings and were relatively modern as well, with clean bathrooms.

Guests found that the staff members were friendly but were very slow with response time. The service would take longer than it should, and it seemed the staff was not prepared to handle guest requests. They also did not speak very good English.

The hotel's location was not ideal since there is no beach access and guests had to take a transportation service to head to the beach and other areas of town. They found it was not possible walking to these places.

Guests were not impressed with the general structure of the hotel. They felt it needed some maintenance as the walls were thin, the paint was peeling and the plumbing had issues. They found the rooms to be humid.
