This resort boasts a relaxing atmosphere, fantastic accommodations, and friendly staff. The rooms are described as clean and comfortable, and equipped with all the basic necessities, modern amenities, and luxurious extras. Guests especially appreciated the complimentary minibar with drinks. Guests also found the complimentary shuttle service to the ferry terminal very convenient. An airport shuttle service is also available but for a fee.
Make sure to try out both restaurants during your stay. Guests were repeatedly impressed with the varied menus and also the excellent breakfast. Every dish is held to high expectations so you can expect a delicious, creative, and beautifully presented plate each time.
You definitely won't be bored here. There are lots of activities for everyone to enjoy, and many of them are complimentary, including snorkelling, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. There is also a PADI diving centre onsite. When you're ready to try something land based, you can take a shuttle to the sister resort Bunga Raya, which offers a jungle trekking trail and canopy walk. If you prefer to keep it simple, you can also enjoy the lovely pool.
Even though this is an eco-friendly property, the beach does not give that impression. Guests were a bit disappointed to see trash floating in the water on many occasions, likely from the nearby city or marina. In addition, the waters are subject to seasonal algae blooms, which are harmless but make snorkelling difficult to impossible to enjoy.
The Wi-Fi is not always the best. Guests repeatedly complain about the internet being slow, unstable, and a bit annoying at times.
