About Garden House

The Feetup Garden House is a welcoming and peaceful Barcelona hostal with an additional, attractive garden area. Large and sunny dormitory rooms include personal lockers, free Wi-Fi, towels, sheets and blankets.  There are also en-suite showers and toilet facilities. The Garden House has a large garden in which to relax, a roof terrace for sun bathing and a lounge for reading and chatting to other guests.   Multilingual staff are on hand to assist and Reception is manned at all times. A modern, well equipped kitchen is available for guests to prepare meals and shops and supermarkets are nearby.  The hostal provides a prepared breakfast if required and the many later dining alternatives to self catering include Vino Milo, DesTapaT and Cent%Burger Bar. This district of Horta has a quiet, cosmopolitan atmosphere.  The Valldaura metro station, though, is only a few minutes’ walk from the hostal.

The metro journey to the busy centre of Barcelona is twenty minutes and an easy one to make. This is another world though; quiet and clean with good bars, supermarkets and shops. The views over Barcelona from the hostal are spectacular.

It takes nearly an hour to get to the resort beaches by train. Sand and sea, though, are not the main reasons for visiting Barcelona, so this is no big deal.

Not a huge choice in this district, so go to the Gothic centre via the metro. Takes about twenty minutes. Get a 10 trip ticket. Saves money in the long run and everywhere is within the zone 1 area.
