Wi-Fi and on-site parking are both complimentary at this unassuming budget hotel. Light, modern rooms with orange colour bursts feature tea/coffee-making facilities and flat-screen TVs with cable/satellite channels. Some rooms boast wood flooring; others are tiled. Laundry services and guided sightseeing tours can both be arranged via reception for a fee. Whilst there are no on-site food options proffered here, this hotel is within very easy reach of a great many drinking and dining options on nearby Geylang Road, such as the delectable ‘Mongkok Dim Sum restaurant’ (two minutes’ walk). Fragrance Sunflower is two-and-a-half miles from the Singapore Flyer observation wheel and three-and-a-half miles from the famed Orchard Road entertainment district.
It may be a little off the beaten track and perhaps even a little rough around the edges in some parts but evidently this is what a great many visitors enjoyed about this hotel's location. The fact that there are loads of high-quality yet refreshingly cheap local eateries were seen as the cherry on the cake.
