The Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is located 25 minutes from the Chiang Mai International Airport and is set amidst rice fields in the Mae Rim Valley, it is only minutes away from Thailand's northern capital and its artistic and cultural heritage. It holds 64 Lanna-style pavilions with verandas and teak floors, which are decorated with Siamese art and Thai cottons. There are also 17 residences with a live-in housekeeper and 12 villas. All accommodations offer King or Queen size beds, covered outdoor veranda, high ceilings with fans, northern Thai-style daybeds, wired internet access, daily complementary newspaper, in-room safe, sat TV, hairdryer, twice-daily housekeeping and bathrobes. The cooking school features a six day interactive program and is located near to orchid and butterfly farms, some golf courses and hill-tribe villages as well as elephant trekking can be found close by.
