This property was especially popular with those looking for quick access to San Antonio’s airport. But, unlike many other airport properties, guests were very pleased to find that there is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. In addition to a large shopping mall, there are lots of restaurants and eateries located in close proximity of this property. Many noted that the city’s River Walk area and the famous Alamo are also just a short drive from this Sheraton location.

The rooms here are notable for their overall comfort and tidiness. The units themselves are large and, many were pleased to find, boasted plush mattresses. The ultra-modern bathrooms were also impressive.

The staff at this hotel are noted for their helpful and courteous attitudes, something that enhanced the overall quality of the guest experience here. The front desk team consistently goes out of their way to welcome and assist guests.This property’s amenities are superb, with guests particularly impressed by its pool, Jacuzzi and fitness facilities. While the lobby and bar areas were noted for their overall ambience, the outdoor seating area, however, was singled out for particular praise.
