The hotel is located in a quiet part of the island just minutes from Punta Cana International Airport with many guests staying here the night before a flight due to the convenience. Corales beach is around a ten minute drive away and just next to the hotel there is a supermarket where you can stock up on anything you may need.
The staff are always very hospitable and really make an effort in order to ensure that your stay is a pleasurable one with many members of staff being mentioned by name including those on the front desk who are able to speak multiple languages and who are very knowledgeable about the local area and are more than happy to recommend things to see and do here.
The free shuttle service that is provided by the hotel will take you to and from the beach which would otherwise be a 45-minute walk and difficult in the heat. It can also take you to the airport which is just across the road, but the shuttle will be necessary if you have a lot of baggage.
There are no fridges or microwaves in rooms which left some guests a little disappointed although some concede that these are not standard features in many hotel rooms.
