The staff at Foote Prints on the Sand is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you run into any problems, they will try resolve it in an efficient manner. If you need suggestions on where to go or how to get there, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff is very knowledgeable about the area.

Overall, guests were impressed with the spacious, clean and safe accommodations, with comfortable beds, luxurious linens and a strong A/C. The balconies make for a great lounge spot, especially if you get the rooms with a view.

Minor maintenance and modern updates are necessary, especially the plumbing. Guests often ran out of hot water during their stay. In addition, the decor looks dated, the furniture looks old, some bathroom tiles have cracks, and some rooms need repainting. A few guests also had various room appliances out of order. Finally, the addition of more outlets, and at least a couple in the bathroom, would make the accommodations more modernized.

Many guests were confused why the hotel charges a resort fee, despite the fact that it lacks many resort amenities. There is even an extra charge on top of that if you pay with a credit card. In addition, there are other additional costs for borrowing equipment, like tea kettles, so make sure you are aware of pricing before placing requests.

Several guests had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. The signal can be weak and hard to connect to at times. However, it is much better in the lobby area.
