For the most part, the conduct of the hotel's staff members was commended by previous guests. Although their command of English was criticised, the staff members were said to provide a nice and welcoming service.

The fact that Wi-Fi is offered at no additional cost was appreciated at times by former visitors to the accommodation. In addition, and based on the accounts of those that used it in recent times, the wireless Internet was regarded as dependable and of a good speed.

For some, the only positive of the hotel is its price. It has been noted that the property is one of the cheapest in the area, and matches up competitively with other accommodation choices in that regard.

Many past guests have been left upset when it came to the levels of hygiene on display at the accommodation. As well as a supposed lack of general housekeeping, cleanliness-related issues such as dirty bathrooms, stained sheets and leftover litter have been frequently reported.

The overall condition of the rooms has been constantly condemned by previous guests that stayed at the hotel. Along with being considered dated and basic, the rooms were often said to be in a significantly distressed state.

When it came to location, this aspect of the accommodation was routinely lambasted by former visitors. As well as being described as noticeably noisy, it has been stated that the location of the property was sketchy and unwelcoming.
