Hotel Florida (Sorrento, Italy)

The staff members were found to be very insightful and helpful by many guests, as they recommended places to visit and helped with tours and transportation options. They were nice people to talk to.

Many guests truly enjoyed the outdoor pool with the sun deck that was surrounded by citrus trees. The pool and the bar were hidden and secluded by the fruit trees which felt like an oasis. It was a good place to sit and relax.

Guests enjoyed the tranquil location of the hotel. It is within a short walking distance from the piazza and various restaurants, as well as being very close to the coastline. The hotel brought about nice views of the ocean.

Some guests felt the mattresses were not good for them to sleep well, and would have liked for the hotel to have spent a little more effort in the mattresses. If guests can't sleep, it only ruins the stay.

Some guests would have enjoyed breakfast more if the times for it were not so limited and early. They felt it could continue until a later time so as not to feel so rushed to finish within the allotted time. It is a vacation area after all. Furthermore the limited choice and standard of the breakfast was a let down to many previous guests.

Some guests were not fans of the old and classic décor and furnishings they found in the rooms. They felt the rooms need a modern touch for them to feel more vibrant and welcoming.
