The staff members were found to be friendly and kind by guests who stayed here. They catered to guest requests and helped with any questions. They made the guests feel comfortable and at ease, and they spoke English.
Guests enjoyed having the available amenities in the rooms such as massage chairs, spacious beds and high quality toiletries. The lighting and sounds of the rooms really made for a comfortable and relaxing ambiance to have.
The Wi-Fi was not the best of connections during the guest stay. They would have preferred to have a reliable connection in their rooms, and a quicker one as well. The Wi-Fi would go on and off during the stay.
Since this is a love hotel, there were guests who were traveling alone and/or with family members and the hotel made them feel uncomfortable. They would have preferred to stay elsewhere next time, as the ambiance catered to couples and adults-only.
The location was not in a central area as you need to take local public transportation to head to the central part of the city. It does take time to go to the centre and the area was not the brightest.
