Most guests enjoyed their apartments as it gave them the privacy they were looking for. The apartments had private terraces, kitchens and living areas for guests to feel at home. It was good to have space and cosy furnishings.
The common areas were found to be nice and pleasant by most guests including the indoor pool and hot tub, as well as the exercise room and sun terrace. There were plenty of areas to relax in and enjoy being away from the tourist centre.
The friendly staff members were a big plus for many guests during their stay. They enjoyed interacting with the owners who were available to help guests with their requests.
Some guests were annoyed to have paid for a double bed and instead got two single beds pushed together. It was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep under these conditions.
Some guests thought the kitchenettes in the apartments needed more equipment to cook their own meals and enjoy the kitchen as best as possible. They would have liked to have some extra items.
Some guests did not like that the Wi-Fi was not working at all in the rooms as they would prefer to use the Internet in the privacy of their rooms. The Wi-Fi is only available in the common areas, which was not very quick or reliable. Many would prefer a better Internet service.
